According to the 2025 China Commercial Spaceflight Innovation Ecosystem Report released by Bestla (a big data analysis platform) of CYZONE, Beijing, as the incubator of China's commercial space industry, continues leading China in the venture capital market of the industry, with 160 enterprises obtaining financing and five unicorn enterprises bred.

According to statistics based on the registration places of the enterprises and the financed entities, from 2014 to the first quarter of 2025, Beijing has financed 160 commercial space enterprises and thereby led the country in this regard. Specifically, from the first quarter of 2024 to 2025, Beijing far surpassed other cities with 58 financing events in the commercial space industry, becoming the core gathering place for the industrial capital.

According to the report, as of the first quarter of 2025, there are 12 unicorn enterprises in the commercial space industry, five of which are located in Beijing, namely i-Space, LandSpace, Minospace, Galactic Energy and GalaxySpace.
