At the recent Beijing Quantum Industry Ecosystem Innovation Launch Conference held in E-Town, the Beijing Quantum Computing Industry Innovation Center was officially established. The center will work to build an open-source quantum computing community, systematically explore industry needs, and accelerate the formation of practical and implementable solutions.

At the conference, four major innovation platforms were launched, including the Quantum-AI Collaborative Innovation Consortium, the Beijing Quantum Computing Industry Innovation Center, the Quantum Information Patent Pool, and the "Quantum Constellation" New-Quality Industrial Ecosystem Community.

Among them, the Quantum-AI Collaborative Innovation Consortium will jointly develop a new Quantum-AI Collaborative Algorithm R&D Platform. Interfacing with mainstream quantum computing hardware, the platform will focus on developing AI-driven quantum algorithms and conducting practical applications across multiple scenarios.

Building on Beijing's collaborative development layout of multiple quantum computing technology pathways, the Beijing Quantum Computing Industry Innovation Center will promote the construction of a robust software and application ecosystem, create a full-chain solution for quantum computing, and establish an open-source quantum computing community.

The Quantum Information Patent Pool will accelerate the commercialization of technological achievements by centralizing the management of core patents and optimizing licensing mechanisms. It will also deepen the integration between industry, academia, and research institutions, providing strong technological and ecosystem support for enterprises across the entire industrial chain.

The "Quantum Constellation" New-Quality Industrial Ecosystem Community will establish a dual-track ecosystem of "offline aggregation + online open source", aiming to create a world-leading pilot zone for quantum science and technology innovation.
