The world's first 4S store for embodied AI robots will be officially unveiled in Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (Beijing E-Town) in August 2025. The first batch of robots from nearly 30 companies will make a debut at the store. The "Tiangong" robot, which won the world's first humanoid robot half-marathon, is also on the list.

The store will display and sell robots with different functions and prices, and create display platforms respectively based on their capabilities. Consumers will be able to try the robots at the site and even pay for these robots in installments.

What's more, the store will also build a swift response system for robot parts and create a system to support multiple scenarios covering maintenance and upgrading, installation, secondary development of robots, teaching, etc. Meanwhile, a systematic and professional robot maintenance team will be cultivated through collaboration with universities and enterprises.

It is reported that Beijing E-Town, an important center of Beijing's robotics industry and the permanent venue of the World Robot Conference, is now home to more than 300 robotics and smart manufacturing enterprises, with a total industry chain value exceeding CNY 10 billion.

The store will also provide free venues for robotics companies to promote win-win cooperation for both sides. In the future, the business model of the E-Town flagship store is planned to be expanded into other areas of Beijing, as well as Tianjin, Hebei, Yangtze River Delta, and Pearl River Delta, among others.
