ABOUT CIGOEX

Started from 1999, China International Grain and Oil Expo (CIGOEX) held by China National Association of Grain Sector (CNAGS) is a top grade comprehensive international exhibition in grain industry with the longest history in China. CIGOEX is now market-oriented, and forged itself a brand Expo with increasing exhibit scale. A large and stable number of participating visitors and professional visitors have been attracted to the Expo which makes the Expo a great event in grain industry.

CIGOEX has successfully held 17 sessions in Dalian, Xiamen, Beijing, Nanjing, Wuhan, Zhengzhou, Ningbo, Jinan, Nanchang, Changsha, and Hefei, with more than 50,000 m2 show scale. In each session of the Expo, there are group participators and visitors from both domestic and abroad.

With the features of different sessions, CIGOEX arrange different pavilions such as Domestic Grain and Oil Products Pavilion, Grain-Processing Equipment Pavilion, International Pavilion, Advantageous County Pavilion, Rest-Assured Grain and Oil Products Pavilion. With the increasing scale of the Expo scale and trade volume, CIGOEX has been highly praised by the government and local residents.

ABOUT CNAGS

Established in 1996, China National Association of Grain Sector (CNAGS) is a national social organization comprised of pillar grain and oil enterprises, public institutions and social groups. CNAGS sets up sub-associations in branches of wheat, corn, coarse cereals, wholesale market, grain storage, grain and oil industry, accounting and training.

CNAGS is service-aiming and responsible for our members, the whole industry, national food security and national macro-control.

The duties of CNAGS are as follow:

Play the role as a bridge between enterprises and government branches. CNAGS launches industry questionnaire to voice the opinions for the enterprises. Also, CNAGS takes part in making industry policies and strategies and regulating the market-access and industry administration.

Strengthen the self-regulation of the industry. CNAGS tries to maintain a sound market order through promoting self-administration in enterprises and develops a code of ethics. Credit evaluation system is established in order to boost honesty and integrity in grain business.

Fulfill the responsibility to provide better service for members. CNAGS will always represent the interests of all sectors in the industry. CNAGS is authorized to collect data from the industry, and publishes up-to-date industry information from both domestic and abroad. Furthermore, CNAGS launches trade fairs, conferences and expositions to create marketing opportunities for members. 

Explore global market. CNAGS supports member enterprises participating in worldwide trade. With the resources of international organizations and institutions, CNAGS provides service in introducing, regulating and supervising enterprises with international communication and trade.
