Beijing Science and Technology Week to kick off on May 25

From May 25 to June 1, the 2024 Beijing Science Week will unfold at Shougang Park in Shijingshan district, offering a spectacular display of more than 100 cutting-edge technological innovations.

Under the theme of "Carrying forward the spirit of scientists and inspiring societal innovation,” the event aligns perfectly with the National Science and Technology Week, taking place at the same venue and timeframe.

As a platform to showcase the latest sci-tech achievements, an array of cutting-edge sci-tech innovations created in Beijing will be presented to the public during this year’s Beijing Science and Technology Week.

Advanced exhibition techniques, including multimedia and optoelectronics, will be utilized for exhibit demonstrations, allowing event visitors to experience sci-tech advancements firsthand.

The exhibition is divided into five main areas based on industry types: new generation information technology, medicine and healthcare, intelligent manufacturing, interactive experience for popularizing scientific knowledge and joint exhibition area.

Throughout the event, the public can reserve tickets online until 4:30 p.m. each day for same-day entry via QR code scanning at the venue. Additionally, a virtual exhibition hall will be available, featuring special tours and unique science popularization events.
