Introduction

Human-computer hybrid intelligence will be the development direction of future intelligence, and human-computer interaction is the bridge connecting human intelligence and artificial intelligence, which is the key element to realize human-computer hybrid intelligence. In order to effectively integrate the technical and industrial resources in the field of intelligent human-computer interaction and promote academic exchanges among researchers and related practitioners as well as the transformation and docking between production, learning and research, the 3rd Annual Conference on Intelligent Human-Computer Interaction Technology of the Chinese Institute of Electronics (CIE) will be held from 12 to 1 January, 2024, under the theme "Intelligent Human-Computer Interaction Leads the Future". 

With the theme of "Intelligent Human-Computer Interaction Leads the Future", the "3rd Annual Conference on Intelligent Human-Computer Interaction Technology of the Chinese Institute of Electronics" will be held from January 12 to January 13, 2024 in Changsha, Hunan Province, at the Mingcheng International Hotel, and will include a main forum and several special forums.
