About ICOIP 2023

The practicality of optical devices and the optimization of image processing are deeply concerned by experts and scholars at home and abroad. In order to promote the development of Optics and Image Processing and promote academic exchanges in this field, the third International Conference on Optics and Image Processing (ICOIP 2023) will be held in Xi'an, China, from April 7 to 9, 2023. ICOIP 2023 is committed to providing a platform for scholars, engineers and other practitioners in optical devices, laser technology, image processing and other related fields to share the latest research results. ICOIP 2023 welcomes all high-quality research papers and lectures!

Publication

All accepted full papers will be published in the conference proceedings and will be submitted to EI Compendex, Scopus for indexing.

Note: All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.
