Changping District recently unveiled its first virtual spokesperson, "Chang Xiaoping", whose youthful and lively image made an impression.

Against the background of metaverse creation, the technical team has worked to integrate key elements of the Changping District, the Great Wall, and digital scenarios of Huitian Brain, to synthesize digital people, settings, and movement.

To achieve a more natural and realistic virtual figure, the technical team has been hard at work collecting movements, expressions, voices, and intonations to endow it with a strong intelligent system through accurate processing.

"Chang Xiaoping", an inspiration during the upgrading of Huitian Brain 2.0, introduces vividly related information about Changping District and Huitian Brain to strengthen its interactions with communities and residents. Changping District's next focus will be on employing AI to make "Chang Xiaoping" even more intelligent and add online and offline conference livestreaming and voice interaction among others.
