Park Introduction: Hangxing Park covers an area of about 13.5 hectares, with a total building area of about 250,000 square meters. At present, there are 59 enterprises and 50 leading industries settled here, with the occupancy rate of 82.4% and the concentration degree of leading industries reaching 88.5%. In June 2001, approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology, Desheng Park was established and opened in May 2002, with its policy area covering an area of 290 hectares in the north of Xicheng District. Park Introduction: Economic Daily Culture-Technology-Finance Integration Innovation Park is located at No. 2, Baizhifang East Street, Xicheng District, in the core area of Caishikou Street, close to Economic Daily Office and Taoranting Station of Metro Line 4. The park covers an area of 4.5 hectares, with a building area of about 32,500 square meters. Economic Daily Culture-Technology-Finance Integration Innovation Park is a comprehensive park focusing on publishing and distribution subdivided industry of the integration of culture, technology and finance, digital content, high-tech integration, with culture and technology innovation as the core and financial integration as the support. There are 38 enterprises and 30 leading industries settled in the park, with the occupancy rate reaching 98%, and the concentration degree of leading industries up to 78.7%. The park has set up service platforms such as financial services, factor services, and training and consulting to provide customized industrial services for the enterprises.

2. Xicheng Park/New Actuation Fintech Center

Leading industry: Fintech

Park Introduction: New Actuation Fintech Center is located in the south side of Xizhimenwai Street, Xicheng District, with three horizontal and five vertical urban trunk transportation networks around it, available for five subway lines within 10 minutes' walk, connecting to the Zoo Station of Metro Line 4 smoothly, with convenient access to urban government and business areas. The center covers an area of 1.08 hectares with a building area of about 100,000 square meters. On December 29, 2020, the New Actuation Fintech Project was completed and passed the joint acceptance, becoming the first building in the core area of the national Fintech demonstration zone, with positioning as an industrial agglomeration area of Fintech, regulatory technology and Fintech professional services. There are already 5 enterprises and 3 leading industries settled in the park, with the occupancy rate of enterprises reaching 45%, and the concentration degree of leading industries up to 65.7%. I. Introduction to Park

In January 1999, the Ministry of Science and Technology issued the Letter on Agreeing to Adjust the Regional Scope of Beijing New Technology Industry Development Experimental Area, which included the area of 1050 hectares of Jiuxianqiao Electronic City into Beijing New Technology Industry Development Experimental Area to make it one of the "one zone with five parks" of Zhongguancun Science Park. In June 2001, the Ministry of Science and Technology issued a Reply on Agreeing to Adjust the Regional Scope of Beijing New Technology Industry Development Experimental Area, adjusting about 300 hectares of Wangjing Emerging Industrial Zone into the policy zone. In 2006, according to the Announcement of the 15th Batch of Development Zone for the Implementation of Four-direction Boundary Range of the Ministry of Land and Resources, the 4-direction boundary range of the Electronic City was re-approved, and the policy area was increased to 1,276 hectares. In June 2007, the Administrative Committee of Electronic City was put under the jurisdiction of Chaoyang District Government, the Electronic City Working Committee and the Administrative Committee of Electronic City merged for administration, and the east area, west area, north area and Jianxiang Park together were put under the jurisdiction of the Administrative Committee of Electronic City. Located in Jiuxianqiao area, the East Area covers a planned area of 611 hectares, is an old industrial base transformation experimental area approved by the municipal government and a new industrial zone integrating the development of high-tech industry and producer service industry. It has attracted and cultivated a group of internationally renowned electronic information leading enterprises such as BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd., ABB (China) Limited, while two cultural and creative industrial parks, Beijing 798 ArtDist and Beijing 751D-Park, are also located here. In October 2012, approved by the State Council, Chaoyang Park was re-established on the basis of the original Electronic City, with a total planned area of 2610.18 hectares, located at Beijing northeast, including East Area, West Area, and North Area, Jianxiang Park, Wangjing Zone, and FaTou Central Area, focusing on the development of three major industries of electronic information, biological medicine, high-tech service, striving to achieve the overall goal of the park's industrial structure to be reasonable, leading industry features to be prominent, stable development of key enterprises, perfect service system, rapid growth of economic aggregate. Wangjing Zone, with a planned area of 97 hectares, is positioned as a S&T business center with international influence, to be included in the top ten development bases of Chaoyang District together with the North Area, and become the extension and support of the "three new" (new light sources, new energy sources and new materials) industrial hub of the Electronic City. FaTou Central Area has a planning area of 801 hectares, with the FaTou Bohai Rim Headquarters Business Base built in it, focusing on the development of four major functional industries of “headquarter office, science and technology R&D, business services and cultural leisure”. In March 2014, Administrative Committee of Chaoyang Park was established. Enterprises in the park can enjoy various preferential policies of the state, Beijing City and Zhongguancun Demonstration Zone.

Park introduction: The Digital Technology Innovation Center covers a total area of 20,778.2 square meters and a total building area of 52,189.32 square meters. The center has settled 91 enterprises, including 67 leading industry enterprises, with the occupancy rate of 77.6%, and the concentration degree of leading industry of 79.7%. The Innovation Center has always maintained an open mind. Centering on the fields of big data, cloud computing and block chain, it has jointly built an all-factor ecological service platform with high-quality multi-element institutions and enterprises by virtue of the huge incubation service cluster, rich think tank resources, numerous "hard technology" investment institutions, good channels for banking and financial institutions, and smooth resources for scientific research institutes, so as to build the industrial service business based on scientific and technological innovation and with the core of "entrepreneurship guidance + achievement transformation + investment and financing + conditional platform docking".

Park introduction: Universal Business Park covers a total area of 24.06 hectares and has a total building area of 196,500 square meters and an industrial area of 160,500 square meters. The Park provides more than 20,000 square meters of multi-dimensional business supporting services, including staff canteen, boutique restaurant, cafes, 24-hour convenience stores. 3. Chaoyang Park/Universal Creative Park (UCP)

Park introduction: Universal Creative Park covers an area of 196,700 square meters and has a total building area of 131,600 square meters. 18 enterprises have settled in the center, including 15 enterprises in the leading industry. The occupancy rate of enterprises in the Park reaches 95.4%, and the concentration degree of leading industry is 89.9%. With the international property management concept and service system, the Park provides enterprises with comprehensive property solutions, such as comprehensive operation, consulting, project customization, asset management and value-added services.

4. Chaoyang Park/751D·PARK

Leading industry: Cultural technology

Park introduction: 751D·PARK is located at No. 4, Jiuxianqiao Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing, covering an area of 220,000 square meters and with a building area of 156,000 square meters. 95 enterprises have settled in the Park, among which 74 enterprises are in the leading industry. The occupancy rate reaches 81.07%, and the concentration degree of leading industry is 87.2%. The Park has actively set up service platforms for settled enterprises, such as domestic and foreign original design debut service platform, design industry transaction service platform, technical service platform, business service platform and park customer service platform. 

I. Park introduction

Haidian Park is the birthplace of Zhongguancun Science Park, the core area of Zhongguancun National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone and National Science and Technology Innovation Center. The Park has extremely rich scientific and technological resources, for example, the famous universities such as Peking University and Tsinghua University, and research institutions such as Chinese Academy of Sciences, which have laid a solid foundation for the cutting-edge fundamental science and applied science researches in the Park and have been awarded many S&T awards of the state, Beijing and even the world. In October 2012, the State Council approved and agreed to adjust the spatial scale and layout of Zhongguancun National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone. The planned area of Haidian Park is about 174 square kilometers, and has a total of 10 plots. At present, there have built more than 40 professional parks, such as Zhongguancun Software Park and Zhongguancun IC Park, 20 university science parks, such as Tsinghua Science Park and BUAA Science Park, and more than 170 entrepreneurship service organizations (centralized office areas, incubators, overseas students pioneer park, university science parks and accelerators). With strong scientific and technological strength, the Park has initially formed a cluster area of high-tech enterprise headquarters and R&D headquarters dominated by IT industry. At present, Haidian Park is concentrating on the construction of Zhongguancun Science City. Based on the functional positioning as the source of original innovation and the main front of independent innovation, it is going all out to promote the improvement of innovation ecology and the construction of new urban forms. It is trying the best to tap and release the internal driving force, accelerate the construction of the core area of National Science and Technology Innovation Center, and speed up the construction of the science city with global influence.

Park introduction: Zhongguancun No. 1 is being developed and constructed by Beijing Zhongguancun Yongfeng Industry Base Development Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Strong Science Park which is a state-owned enterprise of Haidian District. 8. Haidian Park/Zhongguancun Digital TV Industrial Park

Park introduction: Zhongguancun Digital TV Industrial Park is located at No. 2, Huayuan Road, Haidian District, Beijing, with an area of 60,070 square meters and a total building area of 83,000 square meters. 87 enterprises have settled in it, with an occupation rate of 78% and a concentration degree of leading industry of 92%. Park introduction: Zhongguancun Integrated Circuit Design Park is a specialized park established by Zhongguancun Development Group and Capital Group in the north of Haidian District for the implementation of the national development strategy of integrated circuit industry in accordance with the layout of integrated circuit industry of "design in the north and manufacture in the south", and is a key project of Beijing and a major project of Zhongguancun Science City. 12.Haidian Park/International Communication Cultural Technology Park

Park introduction: The International Communication Cultural Technology Park is located at No. 19 West Chegongzhuang Road, Haidian District, at the intersection of the Haidian Park Policy Area of Zhongguancun Science Park and the Beijing Government District, as the major measures for China International Communications Group (CICG) to implement the congratulation spirit, promote the mid- and long-term development plan of the CICG, build national headquarters base for international communication, assist the construction of the country's cultural soft power, create a new highland for international communication, and promote the development of cultural and creative industries, with a total construction scale of about 151,000 square meters. Park Introduction: CETC Taiji Information Technology Industrial is located in block A10-1, west area of the Electronic City, Zhongguancun Science Park, Chaoyang District, with a total building area of 134,200 square meters. Park introduction: I-M-WAY is located at No. 45 Chengfu Road, Haidian District, Beijing, with a total building area of 30,600 square meters. 17. Haidian Park/Zhongguancun Science City Four Seasons Science Innovation Center

Park introduction: Zhongguancun Science City Four Seasons Science Innovation Center, located in the northeast of Sijiqing Bridge, West Fourth Ring Road, Haidian District, covers an area of 128 mu, with a total building area of 110,000 square meters. I. Park Introduction

Established in November 1991, Fengtai Park is located in the Southwest Fourth Ring Road of Beijing, with convenient transportation, fresh and beautiful environment and superior investment environment. I. Park Introduction

In October 2012, with the approval of the State Council, Beijing Shilong Economic Development Zone was incorporated into Zhongguancun Demonstration Zone and named as Zhongguancun National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone Mentougou Park, with its planned area being expanded from 150 hectares to 188.96 hectares, and the Administrative Committee of Beijing Shilong Economic Development Zone was set up. On May 13, 2013, Mentougou Park was granted the license, and its 4-direction boundary range was extended to Huayuan Road, planned S1 Line and Xiyuan Road in the east, Jingyuan Road and the northern boundary of Xiaoyuan temporary dwelling in the south, Sanshi Road in the west, East Shilong Road and the west extension line of Beijing Boiler Factory South Road in the north. The Park was founded in January 1992, located in the south of Mentougou New Town, the west bank of Yongding River Green ecological corridor, with a good natural environment and location advantage close to the urban area, approved by the municipal government in 2000 as a municipal development zone. I. Park Introduction

In October 2012, with the approval of the State Council, Zhongguancun National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone adjusted its spatial scale and layout and expanded into "one zone with 16 parks". Fangshan Park consists of 21 plots and five key functional areas, including Fangshan New Petrochemical Materials (1, 2 and 3), high-end manufacturing (1 and 2), East Liangxiang Area (1-5), West Liangxiang Area (1 and 9), and Haiju Project (1 and 2)，with a planned area of 1,572.97 hectares. Enterprises in the Park can enjoy various preferential policies of the state, Beijing and Zhongguancun Demonstration Zone. In December 2013, Fangshan Park was awarded a license. Beijing New Petrochemical Material Technology Industrial Base is one of the first 62 demonstration bases of new industrialization industries in China. It is located in Yanfang Cluster - one of the "three urban clusters" in Fangshan District. It is divided into East Area and West Areas, and there’re 736.77 hectares of land included into Zhongguancun Demonstration Zone, with a priority to the development of new petrochemical materials. So far, Beijing Huanyu Jinghui Jingcheng Gas Technology Co., Ltd. and other enterprises have settled in it. Beijing High-end Manufacturing Base is located in Doudian Cluster - one of the "three urban clusters" in Fangshan District. The Base has an area of 355.28 hectares included in Zhongguancun Demonstration Zone, with priority to building automobile manufacturing and high-end auto parts supporting industries, and cultivating new energy vehicles, urban rail transit equipment manufacturing and other emerging industrial clusters. Enterprises including CCAG Beijing have gone into operation and projects, and Zhongguancun Emerging Industry Frontier Technology Research Institute and Beijing Puchi Electrics Co., Ltd., are under construction. The East Area of Beijing Liangxiang Economic Development Area is located in the east part of Changyang Liangxiang Cluster - one of the "three urban clusters" in Fangshan District. It includes CNNC Beijing Science Park and Liangxiang University Town, with an area of 139.8 hectares included in the Zhongguancun Demonstration Zone. CNNC Beijing Science Park is located at Changyang Town, Fangshan District. It features high-end R&D and manufacturing industries, and has accommodated central enterprises, such as China Aerospace Science & Industry Corp., and Key military-civilian integration projects are being accelerated. Relying on the educational resources and intellectual advantages of Beijing Technology and Business University and other universities, Liangxiang University Town features the development of education, research and development, cultural and creative industries. The University-Enterprise Cooperation Promotion Association has been officially established. The transformation of scientific and technological achievements and the construction of Zhihuicheng Science and Technology Pioneer Park Demonstration Base are being pushed forward in an all-round way. The West Area of Beijing Liangxiang Economic Development Area is located in the west of Changyang Liangxiang Cluster - one of the "three urban clusters" in Fangshan District. It includes Liangxiang Economic Development Area and Knowledge Economy Demonstration Zone, with an area of 253.32 hectares included in Zhongguancun Demonstration Zone. Liangxiang Economic Development Area was established in 1992 and approved by the municipal government as a municipal development zone in December 2000. It covers an area of 109.5 hectares and has been basically completed. It features the development of biomedicine, high-end equipment manufacturing and urban industry, and has introduced 54 domestic and foreign enterprises, such as PLP Company of the US and Beijing Huasu Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. The Knowledge Economy Demonstration Zone features modern service industries, such as software and information technology services and professional technical services. The planned area of Beijing Haiju Engineering High-tech Industrial Park is 87.8 hectares. Centering on the development of new materials and electronic information fields, JDHK, Beijing Nengtong International Information Service Co., Ltd., and other high-tech enterprises have settled in it. The construction of roads, power supply, water supply network, gas network and other infrastructure have been completed successively.

2. Yanfang Cluster covers an area of 7.04 square kilometers, covering the New Petrochemical Material Base, Fangshan Industrial Park, Internet Financial Security Industrial Park and other plots. It focuses on graphene, new display materials, advanced chemical materials, financial technology and other fields, accelerates the technological research and development, achievement transformation and industrialization of new materials, promotes the transformation of old industrial bases and the utilization of inventory space, sets up professional operation service platforms, builds high-quality parks, creates a "Material Innovation Valley", and focuses on financial technology to promote the construction of Internet financial security industrial park. 

3. The total area of Doudian Cluster is 6.19 square kilometers, covering Beijing's high-end manufacturing base and the inventory industrial land in surrounding areas. It focuses on high-end medical apparatus, intelligent equipment, new energy vehicles, UAV and other fields, relies on Zhongguancun Frontier Technology Research Institute and BOE Life Technology Industry Base, gathers scientific and technological innovation resources, strengthens the incubation function of research and development, builds a platform for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, promotes the demonstration application and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, and builds a demonstration zone for the development of modern transportation and advanced manufacturing industries.

Park Introduction: Zhongguancun Intelligent Emergency Equipment Industrial Park is located in Beijing's high-end manufacturing base, with Zhongguancun Frontier Technology Research Institute as the carrier. The Park covers an area of 13.47 hectares, and has a construction area of 219,500 square meters. 24 enterprises have settled with 18 enterprises in the leading industry, the occupancy rate is 65.7%, and the concentration degree of leading industry of 74.9%. The Industrial Park has a research and development building, expert apartments, international conference service center, business facilities and other space carriers. Through the application of market means, the Park provides a series of services, such as "one-stop" services and the services in professional technology, entrepreneurship incubation, human resources, Fintech, intermediary consultancy, foreign exchanges and the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements for enterprises in the Park in the process of acceleration, pilot test and industrialization. 

I. Park Introduction 

In January 2006, No. 3 Announcement of the National Development and Reform Commission approved Tongzhou Opto-Mechatronics Industrial Park and Environmental Protection Park to apply the policies of Zhongguancun Science Park. 3. The Canal Cluster covers a total area of 2.22 square kilometers, focusing on the field of urban technology and Fintech. Park Introduction: The Park is located at No. 1 (A), Guanghua Road, Tongzhou District, Beijing. It covers an area of 15 hectares, with a planned total construction area of 245,000 square meters, including 26 office buildings and supporting buildings. Among them, the construction area of the declared characteristic industrial park is 36,000 square meters. 10 enterprises have settled in it, with the occupancy rate of 26%, and the concentration degree of leading industry of 100%. In terms of innovation and entrepreneurship space services, in order to provide better services for the settled enterprises, part of commercial facilities is equipped on the first floor of C1 building of the Design Town Innovation Center, including innovation e station, city library and industrial design talent workstation. The Park implements precise enterprise services, comprehensively improves the level of operation and management, improves the service system, and opens seven online industrial service modules to immediately solve core issues about such as policies, business taxation, human resources, finance, intellectual property, law, innovation and technical support for enterprises.

In October 2012, with the approval of the State Council, Zhongguancun National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone was expanded into "one zone with 16 parks". Shunyi Park comprises of nine areas, namely, North Aviation Area, South Aviation Area, Airport Plot, West Airport Area, East Airport Area, North Area of Shichuang High-tech Industrial Base, South Area of Shichuang High-tech Industrial Base, North Xinhui Plot and amorphous plot, with a total planning area is 1,207.7 hectares. There’re six bases, which will form six new advantageous industrial clusters, including next-generation Internet, mobile Internet and new-generation mobile communication, satellite application, biology and health, energy conservation and environmental protection and rail transit, and four potential industrial clusters, such as integrated circuits, new materials, new energy vehicles, high-end equipment and general aviation, with the priority to the development of high-end industries such as aerospace, high-end equipment manufacturing, R&D services, and information services. The Park accelerates the incubation and transformation of new and high-tech achievements, and builds R&D services and high-tech industry clusters with "sound ecology, industrial clusters, intensive land use, supporting facilities, and integrated urban and rural areas". In February 2013, the Park was awarded a license. AVIC Beijing Aviation Industrial Park covers an area of 518.41 hectares and comprises the North Area and South Area. The North Area is located in the automobile production base, covering an area of 204.78 hectares, and has the municipal infrastructures of "Eight Accesses and One Leveling". It is the aviation headquarters, R&D and manufacturing base, and AVIC Aviation Engine Holding Co., Ltd. and other enterprises have settled in it. The South Area is located in AIRCBD, covering an area of 313.63 hectares, and has the infrastructures planned to be "Nine Accesses and One Leveling", mainly for the development of modern service industries such as geographic information and aviation services. The National Geographic Information Technology Industrial Park has settled in it. The International Airport High-tech Industrial Base covers an area of 157.02 hectares, mainly for the development of electronic information and communication equipment industry, and Sumavision Technologies Co., Ltd. and other enterprises have settled in it. The Airport Creative Industry Park covers an area of 197.07 hectares, and comprises West Area and East Area. Shunyi Park owns the national high-tech enterprises such as WILO (China) Water Pump System Co., Ltd., which can enjoy the supports of government policies, funds and projects at all levels. The Park focuses on developing new energy vehicles, aerospace, navigation and location services, and third-generation semiconductors, promotes breakthroughs in key and core technologies, builds public technology and science and technology service platforms, promotes the upgrading of inventory factory plants, introduces professional industrial operation and service teams, builds characteristic parks, and undertakes sophisticated industrial projects in central urban areas to create a high-end manufacturing industrial cluster with distinctive characteristics.

Shunyi Park/Third-generation Semiconductor Materials and Applications Joint Innovation Base Project

Leading industry: Third-generation semiconductor 

Park Introduction: The Park is located in Zhongguancun International Airport High-tech Industrial Base, Galiying Town, Shunyi District, covering an area of 2.8 hectares and a building area of 71,570 square meters. Four enterprises have settled in the Park, with the occupancy rate of 28.07%, and the concentration degree of leading industries of 100%. As the R&D and industrialization base of third-generation semiconductor technologies, the Base has built production testing plant, comprehensive supporting building and comprehensive office building, and set up four basic platforms of "process platform, package test platform, reliability testing platform, and science and technology service platform". The industrial service mainly covers three aspects: physical space (characteristic carrier) service, industrial resource link service (professional vertical field incubation) and core technology platform service (process, packaging and testing). 

I. Park Introduction 

Changping Park was established in November 1991 and changed its name to Changping Park of Zhongguancun Science Park with the approval of Beijing Municipal People’s Government in June 1999. In March 2009, it was changed into Changping Park of Zhongguancun National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone with the approval of the State Council. In October 2012, according to the approval of the State Council, the area of Changping Park within the policy range was adjusted from 1,148 hectares to 5,140.71 hectares, ranking the third place in terms of space scale of "one zone with 16 parks" in Zhongguancun Demonstration Zone. In the Park there’re 29 plots distributed in 13 towns (streets) in Changping District. It consists of key functional areas such as Central Area, Future Science City, Beijing Technological Business District (TBD), Zhongguancun Life Science Park, National Engineering Technology Innovation Base, Sany Industrial Park and some town-level development zones, etc., and has formed five characteristic industries, including energy technology, biological medicine, advanced manufacturing, new materials and electronic information. Changping Park is rich in intellectual resources on account of the more than 20 colleges and universities such as China University of Petroleum and Beijing University of Chemical Technology, and more than 60 scientific research institutions represented by energy technology and life science. It mainly focuses on the construction of three supporting industries, namely new energy, high-end modern manufacturing and biological medicine, develops technological innovation bases in important industries, bases for incubation and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, and innovative talents training bases, and forms a cluster of national engineering and technology R&D centers and national enterprise R&D centers. The south part of Changping District has been integrated into the core area of Zhongguancun and the north industrial belt, and undertakes the task of building "one city and one belt", occupying a prominent position in the development pattern of "two cities, two belts, one zone with multiple parks" of Zhongguancun Demonstration Zone. After more than 20 years of development and accumulation, the number of enterprises in Changping Park has grown from more than 90 at the beginning to more than 2,100, including more than 500 national high-tech enterprises, 18 listed enterprises, 21 enterprises in new OTC market, and more than 30 enterprises of the "10-100-1,000 project" (a Farmer Enrichment Project). The public service space of the Park includes public laboratory, testing room, 100,000-level clean room, small batch trial production plant, sewage treatment station, party building activity room, maker space service platform, business center, etc. At the same time, it invests in the construction of intelligent equipment testing and inspection service platform of Beijing Zhongke Public Testing Technology Co., Ltd.

2. Changping Park/Jidong Future Industrial Park

Park introduction: Located at Yangfang Town, Changping District, the Park is a characteristic industrial park of civil-military integration in Zhongguancun. It covers an area of 6.5 hectares and a building area of 108,600 square meters. There are 139 settled enterprises in the Park, of which 123 are in the leading industry, with the occupancy rate of 81.48%, and the concentration degree of leading industries of 90.47%. The Park has many resource docking service platforms, such as investment and financing, public R&D, industry-university-research institutions, innovation and entrepreneurship, hard science and technology service platform, etc. Through the establishment of "four supporting systems + four service platforms + six service products", according to the mode of "product innovation + marketing innovation + operation innovation", it provides all-factor services for business incubation.

3. Changping Park/ Changping Life Valley Industrial Base

Park introduction: The Park covers an area of 8.59 hectares, with a building area of 117,900 square meters. There are 13 settled enterprises in the Park, of which 9 are in the leading industry, with the occupancy rate of 42% and the concentration degree of leading industries of 69%. The Park has set up a professional team of industrial services to build a "Changzhihui" smart park service system integrating online APP and offline service stations, integrating six general industrial services, namely, basic services, smart government applications, technological innovation, Fintech, international exchanges and talent care, to help the development of settled enterprises in the Park.

4. Changping Park/ Xinyuan Technology Park

Park introduction: The Park covers an area of 8 hectares, with a building area of 132,000 square meters. There are 141 settled enterprises in the Park, of which 110 are in the leading industry, with the occupancy rate of 77% and the concentration degree of leading industries of 91.7%. The Park has four headquarters office buildings and standardized factory buildings, which can meet the different needs of enterprises at different stages of development. In terms of the construction of supporting facilities, seven characteristic public service platforms have been built, namely, S&T service platform, market promotion service platform, recruitment and training service platform, integrated business service platform, financial service plat form, government service platform and cultural service platform.

5. Changping Park/ Peking University Medical Park

Park introduction: Peking University Medical Industrial Park is located in the Science and Technology Innovation Zone of Beijing Free Trade Zone, and is also an important part of Peking University Medical City. It is fully developed and operated by Peking University Medical Industrial Park Technology Co., Ltd. The Park covers an area of 14.6 hectares, with a building area of 159,000 square meters. 171 enterprises have settled in the Park, of which 160 are in the leading industry, with the occupancy rate of 100%, and the concentration degree of leading industries of 93%. According to the needs of enterprises, the Park actively builds diversified professional and technical service platforms, including molecular service platform, cell service platform, protein service platform, scientific research and testing platform, animal experiment platform, reagent and consumables group purchase platform, etc.

6. Changping Park/Zhongguancun Life Science Park

Park introduction: The Park covers an area of 17.35 hectares, with a building area of 301,100 square meters and a validated industrial area of 188,100 square meters. There are 135 settled enterprises in the Park, and all of them are in the leading industry, with the occupancy rate of 95.37%, and the concentration degree of leading industries of 100%. By the end of 2020, the total income of technology, industry and trade of enterprises in the Park is RMB 200.692 billion Yuan. It has 10 national engineering centers and key laboratories, and 5 academician expert workstations. After 20 years of development, the Park has formed a complete industrial chain covering basic research, incubation and transformation, pilot test (production), commercial circulation and clinical application, and has a perfect industrial service system including industrial research, industrial exchange, scientific and technological services, innovation and entrepreneurship sharing platform and basic service platform.

I. Park Introduction 

In October 2012, the State Council approved the adjustment of the spatial layout of Zhongguancun National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone, and Daxing-Yizhuang Park was established, with a planned area of 9,827.07 hectares, including 14 areas such as Daxing Biomedical Industry Base, Daxing Economic Development Zone and New Media Core Area. The enterprises in the Park can enjoy various preferential policies of the state, Beijing and Zhongguancun Demonstration Zone.

Daxing Biomedical Industry Base, located in Daxing New Town, was established in 2002. In 2006, it was incorporated into Zhongguancun Science Park, with a planned area of 963 hectares, and approved as Beijing National Biological Industry Base. In 2009, it was awarded the "National Beijing Biomedical Innovation Incubation Base" and incorporated into the Biomedical Industrial Park of Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone in 2010. The Base takes biomedicine as the leading industry, focusing on the construction of "1+4+2" characteristic industrial pattern, namely, the core plate formed by pharmaceutical research and development and inspection institutions, the four main plates of bio-pharmaceuticals, modern Chinese medicine, innovative chemical drugs and medical apparatus, and the two expansion plates of "big health", animal vaccines and animal medicines. The total investment of the Base is more than RMB8 billion Yuan, of which more than RMB2 billion Yuan is invested in infrastructure. A total of 47 kilometers of road construction, 204 kilometers of various professional pipelines and 2.2 million square meters of green landscape projects have been completed; two power stations at Niantan and Pigezhuang, and the first heating plant has been put into operation. The Base cooperates with enterprises to build public service platforms for anti-infective drugs and quality control of traditional Chinese medicine to provide services for enterprises in the Park and even pharmaceutical enterprises in Beijing.

Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone, established in 1992, is the only state-level economic and technological development zone in Beijing. In 1999, Beijing Municipal People's Government decided that 700-hectare economic development zone shall be the "Yizhuang Science Park" of Zhongguancun Science Park, which enjoys the dual policies of national economic and technological development zone and national high-tech industrial park. In 2000, Beijing Municipal Commission Office for Public Sector Reform decided that the Administrative Committee of the Development Zone and the Administrative Committee of Yizhuang Park should work together. 3. Daxing Airport Cluster covers a total area of 5.64 square kilometers, focusing on high-end medical apparatus, health services and other fields. Taking advantage of the overlapping advantages of free trade zones and comprehensive insurance zones, speed up the development and construction of industrial functional zones, give priority to the construction of high-quality service facilities, relying on the construction of Daxing International Airport Economic Zone, develop high-end services such as science and technology R&D, cross-border e-commerce, financial services and so on in an orderly manner. 1. Daxing Park/Medicine Valley No.1

Leading industry: Biological medicine

Park introduction: Medicine Valley No.1 is located in the core area of the National Biological Industry Base (No. 9, Tianfu Street), which is a modern bioengineering and pharmaceutical industry demonstration park integrating R&D, business incubation, production and manufacturing functions, and supporting life services facilities. The Park covers an area of about 140 mu, with a total building area of 133,000 square meters, and has been completed and put into use with an area of about 78,000 square meters. There are 18 settled enterprises, with an occupancy rate of 70.5%, and the concentration degree of leading industries of 68%. The settled enterprises in the Park, such as Hotgen Biology, Hake Medical, Dian Diagnostics and Biosis Healing, have made outstanding contributions to the prevention, control, detection and diagnosis of the global COVID-19.

2. Daxing Park/Zhongguancun Medical Device Park

Leading industry: Medical apparatus

Park introduction: Zhongguancun Medical Device Park is located at No. 26 Courtyard, West Yongwang Road, Daxing Biomedical Industry Base, and is built by Zhongguancun Development Group. The Park covers a total area of 286 mu, with a total building area of about 400,000 square meters, of which the first phase covers an area of 130 mu, with a building area of 184,700 square meters and an above-ground area of 130,900 square meters. The Park has gathered 60 high-end medical apparatus enterprises, forming the only characteristic incubation platform for professional medical apparatus in Beijing, with the occupancy rate of 72.2% and the concentration degree of leading industries of 100%.

3. Daxing Park/ Liandong U Valley-Biomedical Science Park

Park introduction: Liandong U Valley-Biomedical Science Park is located at No. 50 Courtyard, Huatuo Road, Daxing Biomedical Industry Base, Zhongguancun Science Park, Daxing District, Beijing, with a total building area of 8.74 square meters, of which the above-ground building area is 8.25 square meters. It mainly provides supporting rooms for research and development, production and office for biomedical enterprises. At present, there are 29 settled enterprises in the Park, all of which are biomedical enterprises, with the occupancy rate of 67.8% and the concentration degree of leading industries of 100%.

4. Daxing Park/China Resources Life Science Park

Leading industry: Biological medicine

Park introduction: China Resources Life Science Park is bounded by Jinghong Avenue in the east, Huatuo Road in the south, South Baoshen Street in the west and West Zhongjing Road in the north, with a total planned building area of 1.02 million square meters. The completed Innovation Incubation Park covers an area of 43,510 square meters, providing sufficient R&D, production and office space for settled enterprises in the Park. Since the Park was put into use at the end of 2018, 18 enterprises have settled, with the occupancy rate of 82% and the concentration degree of leading industries of 100%. Among the settled enterprises, two have obtained the national high-tech certification, seven have Zhongguancun high-tech certification, one is Zhongguancun golden seed enterprise, sixteen software copyrights, five trademarks and four invention patents have been obtained, three enterprises have obtained a total of five clinical approvals, one enterprise is ready to go public on the Sci-Tech innovation board, eight enterprises have obtained financing, the total amount of financing is about RMB 1.5 billion Yuan.

5. Daxing Park/ China Medicine Valley S&T Innovation Center Phase I

Park introduction: The China Medicine Valley S&T Innovation Center Phase I is located at No. 38, Yongda Road, Daxing Biomedical Industry Base, Daxing District, with a total investment of RMB180 million Yuan. The project consists of six single buildings, of which the fourth floor of Building 1 is China Medicine Valley Maker Space, and 1 to 6 floors are technology business incubators, with a total building area of 36,200 square meters. Up to now, 16 enterprises have settled in the first phase, with the occupancy rate of 80.5% and the concentration degree of leading industries of 89.9%.

6. Daxing Park/ Join Town Health Industrial Park

Park introduction: Join Town Health Industrial Park is located at No. 9, Guangping Street, Daxing Economic Development Zone, Daxing District, with a total building area of 108,200 square meters. Relying on the abundant industrial chain resources and headquarters economic advantages of Join Town Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd., the Park is perpendicular to the deep incubation of the pharmaceutical and health industry, opens up the innovation platform of large enterprises, and shares the industrial chain resources of Join Town. It is committed to building a strong relationship between leading enterprises, professional platform empowerment, capital operation-driven, industrial service-driven, policy innovation-led development path of the pharmaceutical big health industry digital intelligence incubation ecological cluster, and building a digital medical big health industrial park. 7. Daxing Park/Gray Maker Park

Park introduction: Located at No. 15 (A), Jinyuan Road, Industrial Development Zone, Daxing District, Beijing, Gray Maker Park is a demonstration project for relieving non-capital functions. There are three buildings in the Park with a total building area of 68,700 square meters. There are 77 settled enterprises in the Park, with the occupancy rate of 64.91% and the concentration degree of leading industries of 90.93%.

8. Yizhuang Park/ Han's Plaza Internet + Pioneer Park

Leading industry: Next-generation Information Technology

Park introduction: Han's Plaza Internet + Pioneer Park are located at No. 2 Courtyard of South Ronghua Road, Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone, covering an area of 6.7 hectares with a building area of 317,000 square meters. There are 210 settled enterprises in the Park, with the occupancy rate of 60.66%, and the concentration degree of leading industries of 75.58%. Starting from the needs of settled enterprises in the Park, the Park customizes investment and financing docking, government policy docking, staff skills upgrading and other services for enterprises, actively introduces various types of resources such as universities, alliances, associations and institutions, and establishes and improves financial, intellectual property and government services in the form of service elements inside the Park as the main part and supplemented by the service elements outside the Park. By building a service system, a resource sharing platform is built, providing enterprises with technological upgrading, industrial cooperation, resource sharing and ecological industrial services.

9. Yizhuang Park/Beijing Yizhuang Biomedical Park

Park Introduction: The Park was invested and built by Beijing Yizhuang Investment Holding Co., Ltd., and operated and managed by its wholly-owned subsidiary Beijing Yizhuang International Biomedical Investment Management Co., Ltd. The Park, with an area of 8.67 hectares and a building area of 16.3 square meters, consists of the business center, incubation center, pilot test center, conference and exhibition center, lecture hall and six medium-sized enterprise buildings. At present, the Park has attracted 172 enterprises to settle in, with the occupancy rate of 90% and concentration degree of leading industries of 99.9%, forming an industrial cluster development trend dominated by new drug research and development, diagnostic reagents, clinical examination, medical devices, technical services and supporting service institutions. The Park has built a one-stop innovation incubation platform of nursery-incubator-accelerator-characteristic park, providing professional support from the aspects of technology, finance, talent, support and basic services. 

10. Yizhuang Park/OBE Internet Innovation Park

Park Introduction: The Park covers an area of 1.5 hectares and has a building area of 32,800 square meters. 27 enterprises have settled in the Park, with the occupancy rate of 95.2%, and the concentration degree of leading industries of 62%. OBE Internet Innovation Park is market-oriented and managed in the modern enterprise operation mode. It plays a four-in-one support system and platform positioning of "base + fund + institution + mechanism", and builds an industry-university-research-finance integrated innovation demonstration base of technology, industry and finance integration, to promote the all-round development of enterprises. The Park is equipped with public service spaces, including public exhibition area, road show area, public meeting activity area, education and training area, open laboratory, centralized office area, activity and leisure area, etc. 

11. Yizhuang Park/Tianji Intelligence Valley Phase III 

Leading industry: New-generation information technology 

Park Introduction: The Park covers an area of 3.98 hectares and has a building area of 131,300 square meters. 44 enterprises have settled in the Park, among which 35 are in the leading industry, with the occupancy rate of 64% and concentration degree of leading industry of 69.6%. In March 2021, the Park was jointly recognized by Beijing Municipal Commission of Science and Technology and Zhongguancun Administrative Committee as Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Business Incubator. The Park is equipped with talent apartments, restaurants, gyms and other facilities, and has built eight service platforms for, such as investment and financing, policy, resource docking, marketing, inspection and testing, supply chain, assistance to start-ups and business taxation. In 2020, the Park provided 1,600 jobs. 

12. Yizhuang Park/Yichuang Advanced Technology Innovation Park

Park Introduction: The Park covers an area of 3.44 hectares and has a building area of 68,800 square meters. 13 enterprises have settled in the Park, among which 11 are in the leading industry, with the occupancy rate of 26.5% and the concentration degree of leading industry of 91%. There are 8 office buildings for scientific research, 1 animal experimental center, and more than 10,000 square meters of standardized production plant, providing enterprises in the Park with office in a detached house, R&D and incubation, animal experiment, large instruments, pilot and small production and other industrial services. The Park is equipped with public technology platforms such as animal experimental platform, public instrument center and supporting pilot test platform, as well as road show center, conference reception center, restaurant, cafe, convenience store and other facilities, so as to provide high-quality, convenient and efficient commercial services for enterprises in the Park. 

I. Park Introduction 

On October 13, 2012, with the approval of the State Council, 711 hectares of land with the main park area of Beijing Yanqi Economic Development Zone as the core was included in Zhongguancun Demonstration Zone. On March 7, 2013, ZGC Huairou Park was unveiled. The Park is located by Yanqi Lake and comprises of seven areas, including the west part of the core area, the central area, the South Area and the 1~4 parts of the North Area. The core area is 662.5 hectares, located in Yanqi Development Zone, and the North Area is 48.51 hectares, located in Huaibei Town, and is for land use of the campus of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and Innovation Base. According to the overall goal of building cultural and technological high-end industrial new district in Huairou District and "641" general layout, Huairou Park has determined the overall industrial plan, focusing on the development of nanotechnology industry centered on characteristic new materials, science and technology service industry centered on professional technology research and development, and digital information industry centered on cloud computing and Internet of things. The Nanotechnology Industrial Park was established on April 21, 2012 by Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission and Huairou District Government, covering four functions of common technology research and development, scientific and technological achievement incubation, achievement transformation and industrialization support service in the field of nanotechnology, and committed to the application of nanotechnology in the four fields of energy, electronics, environment and biological medicine. In 2013, the Park was rated as the "National Nano High-tech Industrialization Base" by the Ministry of Science and Technology. 42 nano projects have been signed to settle in the Park, including the nanogenerator led by Wang Zhonglin, a foreign academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, super-aligned CNT project by Fan Shoushan of Tsinghua University, an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and green printing project by Song Yanlin of Institute of Chemistry Chinese Academy of Sciences, which are all cutting-edge scientific and technological projects. The S&T Service Industrial Park is based on Beijing Huairou Science and Education Industrial Park of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, focusing on R&D and design services, entrepreneurship and industrialization services, and science and technology consulting services, and gathering a large number of science and technology service resources such as the scientific research institutions of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and China Aero Polytechnology Establishment. The Digital Information Industrial Park is mainly represented by the Network Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and strives to cultivate and accelerate the development of cloud computing applications, research and development of key technologies of the Internet of Things, large data center services, digital content and other service modes, with the aim to build a data information service base with distinctive features, strong innovation ability, complete industrial support and national competitiveness. So far, the first phase of Beijing Super Cloud Computing Center project has been completed as scheduled, and the second phase has been started. After completion, it will realize a supercomputing environment jointly built by CAS and Beijing City. It will be an important backup center of the information facilities in Beijing and a disaster recovery center of the top-level node of the national domain name in Beijing. It will become a service platform for scientific research informatization and regional informatization requirements. The Park has fully realized "Ten Accesses and One leveling", is provided with the municipal supporting facilities such as substation, water works, heat center and bank, the business supporting facilities such as Wanfang R&D Service Center, and life supporting facilities such as Dingxiumeiquan Town. Enterprises from the United States, Britain and other countries have settled in the Park, and they can enjoy the policies on development of the state, Beijing, Zhongguancun Demonstration Zone and Huairou District in promoting high-tech industries, cultural and creative industries, etc.

I. Park Introduction 

In October 2012, with the approval of the State Council, Pinggu Park of Zhongguancun Demonstration Zone was established. In February 2013, Pinggu Park was awarded a license. The Park is located in the northeast of Beijing, at the intersection of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei Province. The Datong-Qinhuangdao Railway runs from east to west, the expressways go straight to Beijing and Tianjin, and the inland port connects the capital airport with Tianjin New Harbor, creating obvious geographical advantages. It is the ecological conservation area of the capital, with profound historical and cultural deposits and good living environment. The Park is planned to cover an area of 508.36 hectares, consisting of 7 plots or four parks, including Mafang Industrial Park (1, 2 and 3), Xinggu (Zones A, C and B), Yukou new energy land and the logistics base. The high-tech industrial land of each park accounts for 49.8%, 41.7%, 2.6% and 5.9% of the total planned area of Pinggu Park respectively. Enterprises in the Park can enjoy the preferential policies of the state, Beijing, Zhongguancun Demonstration Zone and other institutions at all levels. The Park has well-known enterprises such as Beijing Purkinje General Instrument Co., Ltd., Beijing Fule Technology Development Co., Ltd., Beijing Baixiang Medical Technology Co., Ltd., and service organizations such as Xinggu Incubation Center, Mafang Venture Building, and Circum-Bohai Venture Building, which can provide all-round support for various innovative and entrepreneurial enterprises and projects. Beijing Xinggu Economic Industrial Development Zone was approved by Beijing Municipal People’s Government and is one of the 16 municipal development zones in Beijing. With a planned area of 1,502.7 hectares, it mainly takes auto parts, food, machinery and others as key pillar industries. Beijing Mafang Industrial Park has a planned area of 346 hectares, and takes electronic information, new energy and modern manufacturing as the leading industries. In December 2007, Zhongguancun Administrative Committee and Pinggu District Government jointly built "Zhongguancun High-tech Industrial Base". With a planned area of 268 hectares, Yukou New Energy Industrial Base was named "Zhongguancun Guoneng New Energy Industrial Park" by Zhongguancun Administrative Committee in 2010. Mafang Logistics Base, with a planned area of 300 hectares, is mainly consisted of the Port Functional Area, E-commerce Park, Yumafang International Logistics Center, Logistics Headquarters Base, etc.

I. Park Introduction 

In October 2012, with the approval of the State Council, ZGC Miyun Park was established, consisting of 6 areas, including Miyun Economic Development Zone A, B and C and Ecological Business Plot 1, 2, and 3, covering a total planning area of 1,000.81 hectares. In May 2013, Miyun Park was awarded a license, and enterprises in the Park can enjoy all kinds of preferential policies of the state, Beijing and Zhongguancun Demonstration Zone. In May 1992, with the approval of the Beijing Municipal People’s Government, Miyun County Industrial Development Zone was established, and was upgraded to a municipal development zone in 2000. In December 2006, after the examination and acceptance of the National Development and Reform Commission, it was renamed Beijing Miyun Economic Development Zone, which is located in the southwest of Miyun County. In 2007, it became a co-constructed base of Zhongguancun High-tech Industrial Base. After 20 years of construction, an area of 1,255 hectares has been developed and utilized, including Zone A and B with the planned area of 735 hectares, and Zone C with the planned area of 520 hectares, provided with "nine service infrastructure and land leveling", creating a good development environment for enterprise investment. The Park has initially formed five pillar industries, namely the automobile and auto parts industry represented by Beijing Multi-functional Automobile Factory of Foton Motor, the new building materials industry represented by Beijing Rechsand Science & Technology Co., Ltd., the food and beverage industry represented by Jinmailang Beverage Corporation Limited, the electronic information industry represented by Northern Operation Center of PICC E-commerce Center, and the bio-pharmaceutical industry represented by Beijing Konruns Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Combined with the development orientation of the County Party Committee and Government to be a "green international leisure city", the Development Zone focuses on transforming the ecological and environmental advantages into economic development advantages, and proposes the overall plan of building two functional areas: "headquarters economy + benchmark factory base, and modern manufacturing and digital information industry base". The Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Agriculture, Beijing Municipal People's Government and the Municipal Commission of Economy and Information Technology have successively approved the establishment of "Chinese University Science and Technology Industrial Base", "National Torch Plan Beijing Lvshui High-tech Industrial Base", "National Agricultural Product Processing Industry Demonstration Base", "Beijing High-tech Achievement Incubation Base", "Beijing Auto Parts Industrial Base", "Beijing Digital Information Industrial Base" and “Pilot Eco-industrial Park”. Miyun Ecological Business Area, located at the southern end of the new city, was established in October 2010, with a total planning area of 694 hectares. In May 2011, a special meeting of Beijing Municipal People's Government deliberated and approved the Conceptual Planning of Miyun Ecological Business Area, which clarified that it "should adhere to first-class standards, vigorously develop high-end ecological business industry in line with the functional positioning requirements of the ecological conservation development area, and high-end service industry with complementary functional advantages of the urban core area to attract high-end business and leisure consumption" for the development and construction. It is positioned to be a green, low-carbon ecological characteristic headquarters base based in Beijing and facing the world, and to build a national supreme "landscape business and garden headquarters" in the capital and even the whole country. The first phase of the Ecological Business Area consists of three plots A, B and C, in which Huadian Trading International (Beijing) Co., Ltd., China Capital Investment Group and other enterprises have settled in successively. In June 2013, the Ecological Business Area was awarded the first batch of "Beijing Headquarters Economic Development New Areas" by Beijing Municipal Commission of Commerce. In October 2014, it was awarded "Beijing Green Ecological Pilot Area" by Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning.

I. Park Introduction 

In October 2012, with the approval of the State Council, ZGC Yanqing Park was established, with a planned area of 491 hectares, including 305 hectares of Beijing Badaling Economic Development Zone, 129 hectares of Beijing Yanqing Economic Development Zone and 57 hectares of Kangzhuang Farmers Employment Industrial Base. In April 2013, the Park was awarded a license. In May 2014, the Administrative Committee of Yanqing Park of Zhongguancun Science Park was established. Yanqing Park is located in Yanqing County in the northwest of Beijing, bordering on Hebei Province and adjacent to several important traffic arteries such as Beijing-Baotou Railway and Beijing-Lhasa Expressway, being an important channel of Beijing radiating to northwest China, as well as an important expansion area of R&D service and high-tech industrial belt in the middle and northern part of "two cities and two belts". Yanqing Park is rich in space resources, with 271 hectares of undeveloped space, accounting for 55.2% of the planned area, and most of the land is concentrated in contiguity, open and flat, which is good for the aggregate development of high-end industrial resources. With complete infrastructure, beautiful ecological environment, complete supporting service facilities, efficient government services and excellent investment environment, the Park has initially formed a spatial layout of "one park and multiple bases" and a development pattern with innovation leadership of the "121" industrial cluster. It is positioned as a new magnetic pole of green technology in the capital and a new pivot for the coordinated development of Beijing-Hebei region. There are numerous enterprises in the Park, such as Sinoma Wind Power Blade Co., Ltd. and Beijing Zhuoou Garment Co., Ltd., which can enjoy the preferential policies of the state, Beijing, Zhongguancun Demonstration Zone and Yanqing County in terms of industrial, capital and intellectual resources. Badaling Economic Development Zone was established with the approval of Beijing Municipal People's Government in August 1992, upgraded to the Municipal Economic Development Zone in December 2000, determined as one of the 16 municipal development zones in Beijing by the Municipal Commission of Development and Reform in March 2006, designated as the "Beijing New Energy Industry Base" in June 2009, and identified as Beijing's third batch of pilot ecological industrial parks in 2012. The Park has accompanied “nine service infrastructure and land levelling”, including the roads, water supply and drainage, and has introduced a large number of technology enterprises and research and development institutions, such as Sinoma Science & Technology Co., Ltd., National Energy Center for Wind Power Blade Research and Development, gradually forming clusters of wind power industry, PV industry, smart grid industry, biomass energy industry, energy conservation and environmental protection industry. Yanqing Economic Development Zone was approved by Beijing Municipal People's Government in August 1992 and upgraded to a municipal development zone in 2004. In 2006, it passed the ISO 14001 international environmental management system certification and became one in the fourth batch of municipal development zones approved by the Commission of Development and Reform. The Park has realized "Eight Accesses and One Levelling", and many well-known enterprises such as Beijing Joywin Fashion Textile Co., Ltd. and Beijing Kowloon Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., have settled in, forming three industrial clusters featuring textile and garment, bio-medicine, green food and other industries. The leading industries have initially realized the concept of large-scale and centralized development. Relying on Badaling Economic Development Zone and the new energy base, Kangzhuang Farmers Employment Industry Base implements overall operation and joint development, constantly improves the production capacity of existing enterprises such as Beijing Hehe Zipper Company and Beijing Glory Machine Manufacturing Company, implements the construction of a number of key projects, focuses on the development and introduction of headquarters economy, organizes the training project of "versatile person", and vigorously carries out training activities for enterprise personnel.

Yanqing Economic Development Zone builds an R&D and innovation platform for sports technology and horticultural technology, and Badaling Economic Development Zone and Kangzhuang Plot undertake and serve sophisticated industrial projects in the central urban area focusing on new energy, energy conservation and environmental protection to create an innovative town with advanced industrial characteristics.

Leading industry: New energy and Energy Internet 

Park Introduction: The Park covers an area of 6.67 hectares，with a building area of 68,000 square meters. There are 22 enterprises settled in the Park, among which 17 are in the leading industry, with the occupancy rate of 81.09%, and the concentration degree of leading industries of 79.4%. After years of exploration, the Park has gradually fished out the "four ones" mode for serving the enterprises in the Park with the application of resource advantages, and has realized "one space carrier, one-stop service, one science and technology innovation fund, and one full-time enterprise butler". The Park is not only an incubator enterprise which can provide with the largest space carrier area in Yanqing District, but also the earliest state-owned enterprise engaged in incubation industry in Yanqing District. It has the first scientific and technological innovation fund in Yanqing District. The enterprises in the Park enjoy various industrial development support policies of Zhongguancun and Yanqing District. It has become the third engine for the development of ZGC Yanqing Park and the innovation highland of Yanqing District.
